Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
Agreement
These terms are between you and Voxoid Inc. and apply to this website and the Encordia Piano application. By using either, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use them.
Pre-release software
Encordia Piano has not been publicly released. If you are given beta access, you are using unfinished software: it may break, lose data, change without notice, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on it for anything important.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and tell us if you think someone else has access.
What you may and may not do
You may use Encordia Piano to learn piano, personally and non-commercially. You may not copy, extract, redistribute or resell the curriculum, lesson content, audio or software; reverse engineer or circumvent the technical measures protecting the content; use automated means to scrape the service; resell access; or use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
Our content and yours
The application, curriculum, recordings, artwork and trade marks belong to Voxoid Inc. or our licensors, and nothing here transfers them to you. What you create or play remains yours; you grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you, such as processing your playing to give you feedback.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are not available yet, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell. When they exist, the price, billing period and cancellation terms will be presented to you before you are charged.
Ending it
You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will teach you to play. To the extent permitted by law, Voxoid Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Playing an instrument is physical. Stop and rest if something hurts, and seek medical advice for pain or injury.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
